Membership

Membership in Organize! Ohio means taking your work beyond its current reach by utilizing contacts, support, and resource you never had access to before. As a member of Organize! Ohio you are participating in a statewide coalition with campaigns concerning issues effecting us all, improving your work through the advice of others who have been where you are. Grassroots organizing takes support, and a statewide network of community leaders that are led by and shaped by those diverse leaders, is the best kind of support we can think of.

* Ability as an organizational member to sponsor statewide participating campaign
* Ability to network with other organizers and groups doing community organizing throughout the state
* Highlighting of organizational members on the O!O web-site to the organizations site
* Participation in the O!O E-Group
* Becoming part of a grassroots statewide movement for change in Ohio

Membership dues (for each calendar year) vary according to the following rates:

Organizations with budgets of:
Under $25,000.............. $25/yr.
$25,000-$49,999......... $50/yr.
$50,000-$99,999......... $75/yr.
$100,000-$249,999..... $100/yr.
$250,000-$499,999..... $200/yr.
$500,000-$749,999..... $350/yr.
Over $750,000.......... $500/yr.

Individual membership rates:
Survivors.......................... $10.00/yr.
(public housing residents, welfare recipients, unemployed, retirees, students, and VISTA/AmeriCorps volunteers.)
Supporters....................... $25.00/yr.
Sustainer.......................... $100.00/yr.
